This set of three collectible TeleCards commemorates the 100th Anniversary of the National Open Championship held at Shinnecock Hills Golf Club in Southampton, New York, from June 15 to 18, 1995. Each card has a green marbled background with gold lettering that states the event details and offers "5 FREE Minutes." The cards feature stamped images of prominent figures in U.S. Open Golf history.

The first TeleCard includes a 25-cent U.S. postage stamp depicting Francis Ouimet, the 1913 U.S. Open Champion, with an illustrated portrait showing Ouimet in period attire smiling against a muted background. The second TeleCard presents a green 18-cent stamp featuring golfer Bobby Jones mid-swing, dressed in classic golf clothes. The third TeleCard displays an 18-cent pink postage stamp of Babe Zaharias, shown smiling and holding a large trophy cup, dressed in a golf outfit.

Each TeleCard is branded with "TeleCard by CDG" in the bottom right corner. This set highlights historic U.S. Open golf champions and celebrates a significant milestone in the tournament’s history linked to the Shinnecock Hills Golf Club venue.
